The entertainers at Magic on the Run specialize in funny, creative, magical birthday performances for children across the greater Cleveland and Pittsburgh areas. Through thousands of shows, we’ve perfected the art of birthday entertainment for kids using jokes, music, special characters, puppets, balloon animals, and attention-capturing illusions.

 

Founded by magic enthusiast and comedian Brian Kaufman, a Cleveland native and a graduate of the prestigious Theatre School at DePaul University, Magic on the Run has spent the last two decades perfecting birthday entertainment for kids ages 4-9.

 

What sets apart our show is that we recognize how important the whole package is—not just the awesome tricks (and ours are pretty great), but holding kids’ attention through the entire experience, from the moment we arrive until we’re walking back out the door.

We engage with party guests in an enthusiastic and encouraging way, building kids’ excitement and piquing their interest early on with the incredible power of magic. We get all of the kids to participate, and our hands-on performance captivates even our youngest audience members. Party guests aren’t just watching a show, they’re part of the show. And with a highlight on the birthday child as our special assistant, we make sure the party is a celebration they’ll never forget.

We’ve performed at hundreds of locations, from fairs and assemblies to national amusement parks.
